How we work
From yard to port
We work both sides of the trade. Suppliers get a reliable buyer and pickup. Buyers get consistent loads and documents that clear customs the first time.
STEP 1
Source & inspect
We confirm grade, contamination and volume with the supplier, with photos before loading.
STEP 2
Book & load
Containers are booked with the shipping line, then loaded and sealed. Weights are recorded per container.
STEP 3
Document
Invoice, packing list, declarations and shipping instructions are prepared for each lot.
STEP 4
Ship & release
Draft B/L is shared for payment. Originals or telex release follow once payment is received.
Paperwork
Documents with every lot
Buyers receive a complete, consistent set. Every document carries the same invoice, B/L and container details.
Commercial invoiceWeight in KG and MT, price per MT, Incoterms 2020.
Packing listContainer and seal numbers with net and gross weight.
